Site Challenges
The works presented several site challenges, particularly in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow on a high-volume A-road while operating under traffic management requirements set by Transport for London.
This required careful coordination of permits and approvals, as well as alignment with other nearby works in the area.
Additional challenges included maintaining safe pedestrian access along the frontage during footway reconstruction, working within restricted space adjacent to live traffic, and integrating new kerb lines and paving with existing carriageway levels.

Thanks for your efforts in getting this scheme delivered on time.
As stated on site, I’m very happy with the final finish of the Section 278 works and once any items raised in the RSA3 have been responded to and Lane Rental Fees settled we can look at issuing the Provisional Completion Certificate.
I would like to thank you for your approach to these works, it’s been nice to deal with a contractor who wants to engage with us in such a positive way.
