Location: Tring, Hertfordshire (Southern Office)

About Us:

Vista Civil Engineering specialise in new-build Section 278 and infrastructure schemes across the UK. We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relationship Coordinator to join our growing business. This role will work closely with the Director, supporting operations nationwide, and will be primarily based in our Tring office.

The Role:

The ideal candidate will bring a strongtrack record in sales, business development, or clientrelationship management, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities.You will be confident engaging with clients, nurturing long-term partnerships,and spotting opportunities to drive business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development across the company.
  • Identify and research prospective clients and new market opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with prospects to arrange introductory meetings.
  • Attend client meetings and deliver professional, engaging presentations.
  •  Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing and nurturing relationships.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Support and deliver targeted direct marketing initiatives.
  • Attend networking events to promote the business and expand professional connections.
  • Organise andattend client entertainmentactivities.
  • Accuratelymaintain and update the CRM system.
  • Provideongoing support to the Director withregional and operational responsibilities.

 

Working Environment & Hours:

  • Based in a modern, open-plan office environment.
  • Standard office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, with an early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays.
